WIP Wednesday - Week 5

I have been slightly off track with my knitting of the Baby Bundle, because I am worried about the blanket.  The cotton I choose didn't work with the pattern, too stiff, even though I have crocheted with it before, I think it is the combination.  So Bank Manager saw how much distress I was in and drove me to LYS to get alternative.  Now I am stressing that I won't have enough time.  I need to have it all by Sunday so that it can be gifted on Monday, as she leaves for Maternity leave.  Yes another suprise that I was given yesturday.

Here is what I have done so far, they are not FO items yet as they need something to bling them up.
Body, Right Front Side Completed
Sleeves for Cardi

I'm thinking crochet flowers for the hat and booties?

    Oh, crochet flowers will look so cute on the hat and booties :) Sorry to hear the first yarn for the blanket didn't work, fingers crossed for you finishing on time :)

    I am so hoping, for your sake, the new yarn works out for the blanket. The color is so pretty. The flowers will add a nice touch. You could almost put one on one of the corners of the blanket also. Just a thought. Good luck on finishing by Sunday. You can do it!

    Crochet flowers definitely for the hat. They might be too much for the booties. Maybe a cute decoration-button?

    What a really pretty shade of pink. I think some crochet flowers would look really sweet on the hat and the booties.

    How pretty! Isn't that a stressor?!? I think flowers would be lovely on the hat and botties. Maybe brown ones with a pink or white center. Pink and brown go so well together.
