Year of Projects - Week 7

Major Bummer, I have not picked up any of my YOP projects this entire week, alright since Monday.  Monday night I was asked to make another Baby Bundle set all in white.  So since this normally takes me 5 days, I haven't been able to do anything else.

This week also had Pudding turning 7, so we have been out and about more than normal, so less time for knitting or crocheting.

I have done 21 out of the I think 50 rows on the blanket and I have to say I'm loving it.  Much easier pattern repeat than the neat ripple pattern.  I will definitely make this chevron (ripple) again.  But am eager to make some of the others from the amazing Harmony Guides.

  4. You have such patience to make baby blankets especially w/what looks like DK weight yarn and in a lace pattern. I get anxious around 2 feet. That is one lucky bebe.

  5. Aww, how very sweet. I may have to consider this pattern for my NICU blanket this year. You say you really like this pattern? Happy birthday to Pudding! Do birthdays make you happy ad sad at the same time, or am I just a sap?

  6. Very pretty lacy blanket! I don't think I'd have the patience for commissions; I just like to pick up and put down whatever takes my fancy!

  7. Wish I could do a blanket in five days !! I'm about a third done - DD's friends baby is due in a few weeks and I don't think I'll have it finished in time. :( I really like the look of your chevron one and must try that pattern someday.

  10. I love your blanket.
As I've not made much progress this week what with one thing and another it is hard some weeks when things keep cropping up.
